In 1973, the book 'My Secret Garden' by author Nancy Friday was published as collection of female fantasies and desires, which was considered as controversial at the time.
People identifying as women exploring and celebrating their sexuality is very important to me and so, I wanted to create a modern, minimal, feminine and bold book cover design that could appeal to a wider audience.
